How to choose a decent SSD?

Initial needs is to dump OS on a SSD and then later on games when more larger ones are cheaper. So thought getting at least a 60gb or 120gb for now, it is just which brand and what makes a decent SSD ?

Thanks.

It's a question science can answer. Formulate a test of experiment and tell us.

I personally prefer OWC drives. They're fairly priced too. www.macsales.com

For me it's wear leveling, over provisioning, support and performance at random 4K read/write.
OWC has some of the best specs on the market. Assembled in the US, so decent quality.

I just went through the same exercise, lots of suggestions for OCZ - and generally good reviews on the interwebz. I bought the Vortex 4 128Gb a few days ago, so far so good. Nice tangible increase in PC performance, damn it's made an old PC feel new again. :)
