I Have looked at numerous post and cant seem to get this working, i have a dual boot acer netbook the usb mtn modem works fine with normal Windows7 but i cant seem to get the 3G turned on in Android. its like the 3G modem is not regonised in adroid which i think is 2.2. Some post says i should turn off auto play from modem side but struggle to complete this action, any help Thanks

Managed to sort it out by deactivating the Autorun from Modem, (disabled Cd-rom) and worked after turning wifi Off on android.
I Used the putty screen and AT commands to disable auto run. "AT^U2DIAG=0" is to disable CD. Cheers
