How to contact Google SA?

I am trying to re-activate a GoogleAds account of mine that was dormant for some years.
I have successfully setup a new GoogelAds campaign, as well as compiled the ads.
In the past I have made manual payments to Google for my ads to run, but after not doing this for some years, I have lost track of the procedure to be followed and do not have Google setup as a beneficiary on my banking profile anymore.
I get no online reference as to a bank account number for Google South Africa.
I can not find the "make payment" option in the GoogleAds interface, as referred to in some online references and YouTube video's.
How do I make contact with Google SA, in order to get the issue resolved?
 
What's wrong with just connecting a card to your billing profile?

Google adjusted their billing a little while ago, so that free services don't work without an active billing profile. They may have done away with manual payments at that time.

As far as contacting support goes, I get through in a few seconds via the Admin Console for my Google Workspace account.

I would like to make payments from a business savings account, for which I don't have a dedicated card.

It looks like manual payments is still a viable option for older Google accounts such as this one. Newer Google accounts however requires a credit card for payments.

I tried this, but some or other access PIN is required that you must key in when you phone in, otherwise you don't get connected to a helpdesk operator. A message stated that I will not be able to obtain such a PIN with my standard Google account and that an "administrators account" is required in order to obtain such a PIN. I have no idea what such an "administrators account" entails.

I also phoned a number I found for online Google assistance, it was either 080 000 0565 or 080 000 0773. The lady confirmed my Google account details and then said she would send me helpdesk details where I would be able to get assistance. It has however been almost a day and I received no such e-mail yet.

You should use the forum's quote function so that people get notified when you reply. I just happened to spot this thread being updated just now.

It's possible that you need a Google Workspace account to easily access customer support, or maybe you're just having a tough time by wanting to actually speak to someone. I use the live chat support and it's great.

I managed to get my issue resolved via chat support, or rather through the guidance steps provided through it.
