How to contact Takealot for a query?

I ordered an item on takealot during Black Friday and today they tell me it's not in stock and refund me. 'Lo and behold the item is actually still online and can be ordered at a higher price.

Their help page doesn't have any info to contact them and neither does their "Contact Us" page:

But I see no link to log a query. Am I blind?
