Is there still a support line for Uber, i.e. someone I can actually speak to or even whatsapp?
I left my keys in the Uber car. Driver found the keys and through the Uber app he called to say he would deliver on Monday after the weekend. I enterred this feedback in the app. The driver did not come and a week has now gone by. All communication has to be through the app but it does not now allow ongoing comms. The option in the app to report something lost or to contact the driver just results in an email saying I must go to the original conversion but this conversion is seemingly closed. I cannot request a follow up call with the driver.
