I have a multimedia player (Compro NMC-T1000W) that only receive digital TV signal. I want to use the player to record video feed from my DSTv decoder analog RF-output or A/V output.

A composite to DTT/COFDM modulator will cost you a few grand. Probably more than a new media player with AV inputs.
