How to create a totally locked down Windows XP account?

Hi guys, I want to create a totally locked down WinXP account. It will be a staqnd alone pc and you must not be able to browse files or anything on it. Only the one "punch in" application will run on this and you must not be able to press the windows key to get the start menu or to ctrl-alt-delete out. The program doesnt alllow you to minimise so thats fine.

Microsoft have an app called Shared Computer Toolkit but now its been replaced by this:

Careful though, its awfully easy to lock yourself out of the system.

Well, you did say stand alone ... even though it was actually

Group policy will work without it being on a network.

Group policy is definitely the answer. I had to lockdown some work PC's and I found the following link very helpful:
