How to create MWEB extra mail address(es)

I have 5 email aliases and 2 extra email addresses attached to my MWEB account. This morning I deleted the 2 extra email addresses and now I can't seem to create any new addresses in their place - the option is no longer available on the My Account/My Services/Email configuration screen. Can anybody help?

I want to create a second email address for my wife so that both addresses are @mweb (and not @gmail etc.) but kept separately, which is not the case with aliases.

Had to call them after they got removed accidentally.

I have 2 extra email addresses and 4 aliases. I want to create an email address in mweb that is not linked to the aliases, in other words operate individually. Please assist
How many addresses (not aliases) are allowed, and if you remove one of those, how can you then create another one?
