When I say quacks I mean something like the following:
My sister-in-law took her daughter to a homeopath (First indication that she is ill informed). This quack then used a "medical device" which consists of an electronic device with two electrodes. One electrode is held in each hand and then some indicators on the device tells the quack what is wrong. She told him that she is giving her daughter some kind of green smoothie, and he then told her to continue with the green smoothie. So basically he did f-all.
Can this person not be charged with fraud? Should I go to police? Should I go to health department, or should stupid people just keep on giving money to fraudsters?
