How to downgrade?

Well.. how much is it to downgrade from a 4 meg line to 384kb with telkom?
And how long does it take, will it be over the month,, or like the next day.?

ya i dont really like phoning them,, and the accounts are closed on weekends,,,you know what telkom is like,, they probaly give me all wrong prices and times

and then you run the risk of losing your port! from what I have heard it doesn't cost anything to downgrade
