How to download using IS news server

Hi everyone

Ive used torrents to download everything i need in the past, but have recently accquired an uncapped account from ImagineIPS for R+-800 a month, the 1 condition is that all p2p apps are blocked off by my router from imagine!
I have no issues with not being able to use p2p, coz i get unlimited access to the IS news server, ive done a bit of reading and have figured out how to download of the is news servers, the only difficulty im experiancing is finding the things i want to download.

If anyone out there could help me out here and tell me how to better my search for movies, series etc it would be greatly appreciated!
Im using grabit as my reader, but im having difficluty locating specific episodes of series ie desperate housewives, heroes etc

begin with a google search on "NZB files". thats the stuff right there!
