2. Fire the entire top management structure including the head clown.
3. Appoint a new CEO on merit only, someone with a MBA, decent experience and a lot of guts, same with the CFO, someone with proper financial qualification and experience.
4. The new top structure must keep their noses out of content creation decisions etc, they are there for business management, focus on that and appoint people with experience to handle the rest.
I can go on and on and on, fixing the SABC won't be easy and will take a lot of time.

Do a forensic investigation of money spent...charge those that approved reckless expenditure.
