I am overseas and I got an uncapped sim card which I put in my android phone However I picked up they started blocking me(connection dies) as I use my phone as a hotspot for my laptop. I can surf one page but each time my connection dies and I have to turn off and on again my SIM. Just using my phone on its own I don't get blocked.
I looked up the terms and conditions and it is limited to cellphones and tablets and prohibits sharing or use of Hotspots. Is there a way I can trick it and use the hotspot with my laptop.

Doubt you can trick it because it's using the Hotspot apn on your phone...I suggest you get a cheap USB (not wifi) dongle, insert sim into that, and dongle into USB slot on laptop. That should work.

Terms state only phones and tablets are allowed. If I buy a dongle it would be wasted if they permanently block me.

If your phone is rooted there'll be a way. This "feature" of unlimited on handset data is quite common in the US last I recall, try looking around there via Google for a method.
