How to get a reality show made

I have this amazing idea for a reality show, but I'm just an individual with an idea. I'm not in the business. I've done some research and it costs a lot of money to get a reality show treatment and synopsis done by professionals for pitching.

Is there any one who can help in terms of knowing the steps I can take in order get the show off the ground
