How to get Facebook Application ID/Secret question for client?

I'm really not in the mood to create an application ID/secret question for my client using my facebook login.... nor in the mood to create a new profile specifically for this.

client is MIA and I need to not have this delayed by them. Deadline = me that's in trouble even if it's them delaying it... ****ing clients...
