IT IS NOT ILLEGAL TO CONNECT TO SOMEONE'S WIFI NETWORK IF HE DIDN'T SECURE, THE FACT THAT IT'S OPEN HE'S UNCOUNSCOUSLY ALLOWING/INVITING ANYONE TO CONNECT. YOU CAN SUCK UP AS MANY GIGS AS YOU WANT. If he does not want to share he should encrypt with atleast wep if not wpa.

There are a lot on non-technical people getting ADSL that are not aware of the wireless security on their ADSL routers. Does not mean they are necessarily "stupid".![]()
