In terms of mobile networks, there no exploits at the moment. In terms of ISP's myisp gives free 300mb. In terms of WiFi, yes, IT IS NOT ILLEGAL TO CONNECT TO SOMEONE'S WIFI NETWORK IF HE DIDN'T SECURE, THE FACT THAT IT'S OPEN HE'S UNCOUNSCOUSLY ALLOWING/INVITING ANYONE TO CONNECT. YOU CAN SUCK UP AS MANY GIGS AS YOU WANT. If he does not want to share he should encrypt with atleast wep if not wpa.

There are a lot on non-technical people getting ADSL that are not aware of the wireless security on their ADSL routers. Does not mean they are necessarily "stupid".

lol some one close to me have a unsecure wireless network. They obviously didn't set a password for their router cause i can connect to it and browse.

Telkom do broadband I think cause every 1 wants to Do it their self cause the setup fee is a rip off. I tried to find that person and tell him But I'm not sure who it is.
