I migrated to a new MTN package last year sometime, and since then I have been unable to get into MTN Active. I keep getting "System Error". I have tried the usual stuff like trying from another computer, isp etc. I have tried phoning client services who insists nothing is wrong on their side and they have referred me to several other departments. I have not had any luck with any of them. I have also tried posting a complaint on hellopeter.com and also send a PM to pitbull. Anybody got some advice for me?
