How to get help with MTN Active?

I migrated to a new MTN package last year sometime, and since then I have been unable to get into MTN Active. I keep getting "System Error". I have tried the usual stuff like trying from another computer, isp etc. I have tried phoning client services who insists nothing is wrong on their side and they have referred me to several other departments. I have not had any luck with any of them. I have also tried posting a complaint on hellopeter.com and also send a PM to pitbull. Anybody got some advice for me?
 
You're looking for something that doesn't exist - it changed to MTN INactive long ago...
 
Mine never used to work and I logged a call with 1761. It took them about 2 months to fix it, but now it works!

Give them a shout and hope for the best.

2 months later, multiple complaints and queries and still not working. Any other ideas?
 
What happened when you called 1761?

It's always the same reply. They are working on it but cannot give me a ETA. I finally got hold of someone's email address and she got the guys to fix it. Now I'm just waiting for the fixes to be deployed.
 
My fixes will be going live on 5th May (or so they say).

Some tips if you are having issues:
If you are reading this, don't bother with 1761, you are wasting your time. Email [email protected] with your issue and attach a screenshot. They will assign a support guy to you and keep mailing that person until you get an answer. If at any time they stop responding (which hapened to me), simply start mailing [email protected] again and request that they assign a new support guy to you. Keep mailing them, otherwise you will never get this fixed (or wait 2+ months like a previous poster said). Remember to request read receipts!!!. If all goes well you should be sorted within two weeks.
 
Seems to only work if I use IE8 ...Chrome, Firefox, I get that error. Wonderful.

Also 1761 doesn't work for me at all, neither does 808 for that matter, I have to dial 083 1 808 for it to work. Is it just me?

Same here and it still doesnt work. Luckilly I had another mtn number I could use to phone the first few times.
