How to get Openwebclient portal access

ok, so now I have the uncapped with gaming special.awesome product so far!just its hard to find information on how to log in to their client portal?who do i contact?Mrbeep doesnt reply(3 days waitinh..unless the IP packets got lost on way).I emailed them and they said its a special account.I dont know what that means?anyways no complaint just would like to log on to client portal if they do have one.please let me know who i can contact.

They don't offer admin login details for any "special" account. I bought the 1mb uncapped for 229 last month and I can't get in either.

Same here. On the gold 1mb/s special, according to keoma, access is not for special accounts, but they are revamping the client zone to accommodate people like us
