How to get the extra Visual Studio toolbox controls

Those might be 3rd party controls, or meant for other types of projects than the one you're working on. Anyhow, you can just right-click on the toolbox and click Choose items to add whatever is available.
 
Good value for money. They release updates every Friday and so turnaround time for issues are quite fast.
