How to hide voip number under current cell number

Trust all's well. My issue is that when I use my voip number its disregarded as an ad call. How can I 'disguise' the voip number under my current cell number so that I don't appear as another telemarketer but as my actual number - sort of piggy back option

that is illegal and most networks will block it as its considered number spoofing

I know the feeling. Best way is just to let your parties know about your number and they have to save it on their phone. After I gave my number, I was still ignored, because someone forgot to save the number on their phone.

It will either be Google or Truecaller displaying this info to users. You can appeal to both and possibly solve this problem. You can also ask your provider for a geographical number and use that instead. The latter is very easy.
