How to install Desktop Manager without internet

Hi guys. Sorry for asking this noobish question but I hope you guys can help. I have a BB 9300. I have the small CD that came with it. I want to know when I put the CD in I go through the language select option. Then I get to three options. Blackberry Desktop Software, Software Licence and Language Preference. If I want to install the Desktop Software it connect to the internet. Is there a way to install it as I do not have internet.

Its probably wanting the latest version as the one on the disks is way old, only way to install it without the internet would be to download the complete installer.

Actually,that Mini CD only has a partial installer from what i've seen,all the Pre-requisites must be pre-installed or downloaded. The Full Desktop manager without extra redistributables is 115Mb

Aaaaah sucks. I don't know what that CD is worth then cause I can only read all the End user agreements.
