Hi Guys,

My apologies if this question was posted already in this forum.

I cannot seem to get my iBurst working on Windows 2000. I have a USB iBurst modem. I followed all the correct steps but when I installed the software and then connect my modem, it tries to install the drivers but cannot find them?

I cant find anything on the iBurst website or the supplied CD for Win 2000.

Anyone have any easy method to install iBurst USB modem on Win 2000?

Thanks in advance

If the modem/router have an Ethernet port, rather use that instead.

Weird, never had this problem - just installed the USB drivers for the router first, then connected it, and it worked every time...

Check in Device Manager for any conflicts or yellow triangles in the usb and modem section, uninstall these, and see if it will pick the modem/router up then.

If it still doesn't work, try the router out on another PC just to verify that it's not the PC.
