A signed document detailing the level of service you can expect to receive along with a penalty clause explaining what happens in case you dont receive that level of service. Now unless you have one, you can complain till youre blue in the face, but they're not obliged to offer you any compensation for a bad day at the office through heavy bidding traffic... thats a best effort service. Were still waiting for the copy of that SLA you say you have.
