How to keep 700 Bitcoin a day safe

Nothing to argue. SLA means service level agreement. A signed document detailing the level of service you can expect to receive along with a penalty clause explaining what happens in case you dont receive that level of service. Now unless you have one, you can complain till youre blue in the face, but they're not obliged to offer you any compensation for a bad day at the office through heavy bidding traffic... thats a best effort service. Were still waiting for the copy of that SLA you say you have.
Still someone missing the point. The fact there isn't an SLA means there is no caring. BEST effort actually means do your best and not just do the minimum and hope for the best. This isn't a busy network or personal internet issues as you mention but their server being overloaded because of inadequate provisioning. In any case it's been holding the last two weeks so hopefully they've learned.

Yes, but you still won't have anything (say like an agreement) to enforce any compensation if they say tough luck (besides perhaps a civil court action which is expensive and could go either way in the end, without said agreement).
