how to kill the beast

I realised something today.

1st level support is not the answer... They their to help with problems like my modem won't connect... or how do I connect to email... you know support.

When it comes to the problem of insufficient International Bandwidth we should communicate to the heart of the beast. What does that mean. It means emailing managers at Sentech, Phoning managers... And telling these higher powered people that you are bypassing 1st level as 1st level can not help with the problems all of Sentech users are experiencing...

BAD INTERNATIONAL SPEED.

I knwo and you know Senetch need to buy more bandwidth. I know and you know they can afford that...

If we all communicate to them I believe we will be helping to resolve the problem.

Today I was told that the time line to improve International Bandiwidth is unkown because managers at Sentech do not believe their is a probelem with International Bandwidth.

So there is the problem... What we need is managers emails. Anynoe have the CEO's email... That would be fantastic.
