Does telkom have a rep on here? It is impossible to log a fault with these morons:
* Phoning 081180 lets you hang on to the phone for over an hour - no answer
* Clicking Log a Fault on their website takes you to a dead 404 URL
* Clicking Get Help then Log a Fault on their dash board gives you this:
A technical system issue has caused your request to fail
Unfortunately your request could not be completed.
Please call 10210 (residential) or 10217 (business) for further assistance.

For fück's sake Telkom - let me get through to someone. When I called on Monday, some dumb fück answered and messed me around for about 30 minutes before saying she will in fact escalate to the technicians, an action that no doubt never happened.
