How to log an Afrihost fault

1. Got Fibre installed by Openserve via Afrihost early Jan 2018

2. Working fine until today, contact Afrihost who says I must log it with Openserve.

3. Contact Openseve, who says I must log it with Afrihost.

Seems like no one can assist me @Afriman?

Then went to Telkom shop - they say they have no record of my fibre install in any way shape or form.

Dafuq :wtf:

Suggestions on how to escalate this will be appricated
