Twitter still thinks people view their verified status as a honour. The whole point of it was to verify if the profile was actually the profile of a prominent person and not some fake. Really the company is completely directionless.

No, what I meant was instead of a list of things not to do, they could only have said that

Supporting organisations or individuals that promote the above.

Lets see how consistent they are:
