How to make terrorists...

Quite sickening to read that the 'rescue worker' paraded that body around as if it were a trophy for journalists to snap at various angles. (At least these are not the photoshopped Reuters pics.)

My view is like the 'chicken or egg' scenario. Which came first, the accidental killing of civilians or the deliberate killing and capturing of Israeli soldiers in Israel, accompanied by several katyshas flung off (again deliberately) in the direction of civilian areas of Haifa?

The chicken or egg, tit for tat thing goes back much further than any recent incidents being used as an excuse. That's why there is no right side in this conflict.

It seems they kidnapped those soldiers in an attempt to get Israel to release prisoners Israel was still detaining illegally.

Since the beginning their attack Israel has also been deliberately targeting civilian areas. It might be that this is where the people they want to kill are hiding, but the fact remains that they're bombing civilians. And it should hardly be surprising that guerilla fighters would be hiding in such a location.

The way it stands neither side can actually win, but neither wants to compromise and reach an agreement either. They both want to be completely unreasonable and stubborn.
