How to manually uninstall ipv6 on win7 (64)

I got this teredo problem. I need step by step instructions on how to uninstall ipv6. or even some where I can download Zone Alarm Full trial locally.

first open command prompt in administrator mode.

to enable:
netsh<enter>
interface<enter>
ipv6<enter>
set teredo client<enter>

to disable:
netsh<enter>
interface<enter>
teredo<enter>
set state disabled<enter>


Edit: oh sorry... uninstall, nevermind. that just disables it for me.
