How to move to Telkom Uncapped

Hi

How would be the quickest way to change to Telkom Uncapped.
I have already cancelled MWEB last month so this month is my last month with them.

I have filled in the checkout form online but they have not gotten back to me.

Is there perhaps a way to do this ASAP?

Fastest is to call 10210 and have it activated. Just test the account while you have them on the phone, otherwise it'll take another few calls to sort that out too.

Call 10210 from any telkom landline and it gets done instantly over the phone took me around 10 minutes and they sms'd me my username and password,don't bother with email,pm etc if you want something simple done fast.

Also bear in you have to pay a month in advance if your line isnt with them. Also try and take it up on the 1st of the month. A friend of mine switched to Telkom towards the end of the month and got charged a full month for the data portion.

They charged me pro rata,I signed up around the middle of the month and got charged half,your friend should lay a complaint since it was most likely a billing error in my opinion.But then again my line was with them always.
