How to open .dlc files/archives

Can someone help me in opening the above. Google has mentioned installing JDownloader or Cryptload.

I like going to www.filext.com to find uot what it is and then finding the correct program to open it with

the .dlc file is nothing more than an ecrypted container that is a list of download urls to be used in jDownloader.

think of it as a text file with a list of urls, but encrypted.

it's not an archive
