how to pay sars via capitec app

Someone wants, sorry needs to , pay sars, but does not see a option how to pay them.
google does not seems to help much.
Can someone please explain step for step how to pay them via capitec or sars app.
This is for a friend, so I need to relay advice to this person.

Why not pay SARS with their online banking account? SARS will send an e-filing request which must be approved by account holder for payment. As easy as that.
