How To Provision SIM for iPhone 5?

Hellos to all the Cell C people!

If you could please help me with the situation below it would be great!

I had a micro sim which I cut down to a nano sim.

I then inserted it in the iPhone 5 and it tells me no service, however strangely in iTunes, I can see my number.

Now when I go to setting>general>about and click the network not available button, it tells me SIM not provisioned.
Strangely enough, I also have an MTN sim which I cut down to NANO size and all works well.

How would I go about provisioning the CellC sim for use with the iPhone 5?
Would calling 084140 help to get it provisioned? or would I have to go to the store and buy a new SIM?

Give them a call, I had a new sim from 8ta that kept telling me not provisioned and they just told me to go buy a new one..

Sounds like either:
- your micro SIM was not actually active in the first place
- you cut a bit too much away from your micro SIM, and it is now useless.

In both cases, best to contact Cell C and get a replacement SIM
