How to quick restart into Safe Mood (Windows 8)

It do however have an compatibility mode where can change the startup behaviour.
The next options can be changes:
1. Enable low-resolution video mode
2. Enable debugging mode
3. Enable boot logging
4. Enable Safe Mode*
5. Disable driver signature enforcement
6. Disable early-launch anti-malware protection
7. Disable automatic restart on system failure
Access to this can be obtained via PC Settings -> General -> “scroll-down” Advanced Start-Up, On boot-up select Troubleshooting -> Advanced options -> Startup-settings and restart, wholla.
Option 5 is good when you use custom roms on your Android and needs drivers to be installed.
*Windows 8 do have safe mode, maybe the OP discovered a shortcut.

I didn't know Windows had a safe mood... although I would be upset if it had a hostile mood
