How to remove bathroom fitting

Hi, I'm completely stuck.... I'm trying to change globes to a led and brighter one , but am unable to remove the fitting cover. There is no attachment to remove the stuff,
I have attached a link on the fitting as sold by Makro

Does it not turn anti clockwise?

Does it not twist off? Try twisting it anti-clockwise (looking from bottom upwards) for 3-5cm.

Hold the base with one hand while turning the other with your other hand?

Problem solved, two man job for one to hold upper part to twist.... Thanks everyone quick help

That plastic part should not be loose so as being unable to turn the glass part?
