How to Root Samsung Galaxy S5?

Good Day.

Yesterday I was watching a few Youtube videos on rooting and I followed all the instructions for rooting, but at the end it made my phone stuck on the Samsung loading screen and I had to reinstall the original firmware. So if there is anyone out there who can guide me in a step by step tutorial or a very good Youtube one, I am all ears.

What OS are you on? And could you give the specific phone model number? (Settings (>General) > Hardware Information > model number)

Hi,

I use kingoroot PC version.(www.kingoapp.com) for my Samsung S5 G900H.
When you get root access remove the superuser app and replace with supersu.
Remove the 2 apps.
Remove Application from PC, stop Kingoroot service and remove folder manually.

Question:
Where did you get the original firmware from?
