How to safely store sliced Biltong?

I normally dry and freeze large batches of biltong and droëwors and then just take it out as and when I want/need to.

When my supply gets low I dry and freeze more ‘
What kind of containers do you store them in in the freezer?

Thanks for all the tips!
Just a heads up Food Lovers market has a regular Monday promo, beef biltong R199 kg, it's really good, just make sure to just get the plain version, they have a whole range of "flavours" but it’s just the plain slathered with sauce after the fact. Very nicely cured, just the right amount of wetness and I asked the lady to cut up the piece's with more fat on them and they are soo good.
Food Lovers.... I'll pass.

I'll ask here instead of starting another thread..

Is there anyway to stop or limit biltong, or more correctly the white sinewy stuff that gets left over after chewing, getting stuck between your teeth?!

I've not eaten much biltong in the past and I've never had issues with food getting stuck between any of my teeth but now eating a lot of biltong it gets stuck in the gap between the same two molars on either side of the lower jaw. It's painful and difficult to get out even with floss, to the degree I make the gums bleed in my efforts to get it out and I don't have any issues with bleeding gums or gum disease, it's just that hard to get it out.
It's curtailing my ability to enjoy or even eat biltong
And to cap it all I have stocked up so I have a shedload of biltong to get through :p

This is unfortunately a symptom of where you buy biltong..

You always have a little bit of that white stuff, it's not really related to the quality unless you still have a mouth full of the sinew once the good stuff is chewed out, which is not the case here but the little amount that is there is causing havoc between those teeth.
