Another thing. The guys waiting at intersections selling stuff will sometimes point at something on your car as if there is something wrong. When you open the window they will push something in and tell you it's free then they start wanting a donation or something. Just do not open the window.

Surprised that the good old baseball/cricket bat/wheel spanner hasn't been mentioned (besides the baton) , just didn't go there in the first post. I once gave one a few 10c coins I had after a windscreen wash that I clearly said no to, and the f$cker threw the coins on my roof as I drove off. Stopped the car and chased him, but he had already had a good start and got away.
