how to switch between two internet connection

i use two internet connection one is gprs through cell phone anather is broadband. so i want use broadband maximum time b'cos it is cheap.
but when broad band is not avilable then i want to switch automatically broadband to gprs so how can i do that pls tell me

Easy. Set up a PPPOE connection for your ADSL that you only dial into when needed. Then disconnect from it and connect your cellphone when needed. Then if you want to go back onto ADSL, just disconnect your cellphone from the PC and dial into the ADSL connection again. Easy.
