How to to become a registered DStv installer

Hi guys can someone help me, I need to register as DStv installer. I tried sending emails several times but all I get is the automated response nothing else, is there another way. Thanks in advance.

I think moving to be Netflix installer will be a great idea. Any pointers on how to go about it and wouldn't it be nice if I can be both DStv and Netflix installer if it's permissible

Hello there. I have a generation 1 Explorer and an HD 5S. I need to connect the 5S as my secondary decorder with the explorer as my primary. I was told to get a diplexer which i have got... my question is where and how do i connect the diplexer. I have a smart LNB and have changed the frequencies on both the explorer and the 5s. Pluz help. A diagram would be superb.
