So this year I've started taking my fitness a bit more seriously, I started hitting the gym, got the workout programme, I am even doing a great deal of banting (which is 70% of what the French eats).
There has however been one feat that has been on my priority list, more than getting a 6 pack or the biceps of a Springbok Rugby player and that is touching my toes. Now I used to do Jui Jitsu and believe it or not, I was never able to get to the bottom of the floor.
Not anymore! I discovered this quick body hack. Basically it has never been my hamstrings, but rather that my pelvis was tilted wrongly and my calves were never stretched and wallah after 4 weeks of stretching and following the exercises in the video below. I managed to do it, in fact my hands are now on the ground. I can official join the toe-touching club!
