How to track cellular data usage / available data on ipad

A friend purchased an I-pad Mini via FNB (Cell C) and wants to know how to look up the available data on his bundle. With the phone it is easy - *101 and get the info or dial *147# - is there a similar way to get this info on an I-pad? I see the usage since the last reset date, but not what is still available.

Go to settings -> cellular data -> sim applications

 

[Mets]

Go to settings -> cellular data -> sim applications

Thanks - I then get the following:
Cell-C Services - tap
"Wait Data" with the option to Cancel or Accept
Accept -> Service not available

Any suggestions?
