how to turn 3g off on iphone 4s?

Got myself an iphone 4s recently, one thing i found missing is switching between 2g and 3g.
Anyone know where's the setting for that?

Settings/general/network/enable 3G off

i don't have that option..... only cellular data on top

The option only becomes available for the 4S in iOS 5.1
