How to update Mobile Connect Software?

I have an Option HSDPA card and I am using Vodafone Mobile Connect Desktop Version 6.0.

A recent Vodacom email said that the Novatel Merlin cards will be shipping with Desktop version 7.0.

When I click on check for updates on my software, it informs me that updates are available and then links me to the Vodafone site. When I get there, I am told that there are no updates available.

How do I get an update, and in particular how do I get Desktop version 7.0?
