Went to the local vodashop to get them to upgrade my current 1gig contract to a 2gig contract.
The person behind the counter stares at the computer and then asks me if i want 2gig advanced or top-up?
Told her I want neither, i just want to upgrade to standard mygig2.
She stares a little longer at the computer and tells me that it only gives her the option of advanced or top-up... this is the only vodashop in my area!
She told me i do this over the internet at vodacom4me. I see there is a MyGig2 once off at value added services, but it doesnt look like an option that upgrades the contract.
Thought i`d ask here before listening to the music on the phone.
