I think two hypothetical yet definite rigging scenarios would be on either a close overall defeat or a close defeat on 66%. How much is close? I guess we'll have to wait and see. How would they do it? "Re-counts" on account of "bungling" would be my guess. Not hard to make up the numbers when Joe Public is never shown the truth about anything anyway.
With chants of "we will kill for Zuma", I think we can come to the conclusion that this means "we will rig the election for Zuma" too, unless I'm just reading this crowd completely wrong.

same way they rigged the last one... go and have a look @ the voter's roll how many over 100 year olds are registered to vote
