How would I go about setting this up?

I think the time has come to lose DSTV. I am sick of their repeats and bad service, and nothing to watch.
I also watch ZERO sport...so there really is nothing I need them for except something to have playing in the background. I always have multiple TV's on, with something playing.

So...here's my problem. I have one main tv in the lounge..an LG Smart TV.
2 Bedrooms have small LED Tv's, not smart.
Then I also have a Tv in the kitchen, and one in the other lounge. Some of these are regular analog TV's.
Currently I don't even understand my setup. I have all TV's connected to the lounge, I think via analog cables, no digital signal is being fed, but HD isn't my main priority.

I need at least 2 different streams available on any of those TV's, due to the family watching different stuff.
Currently most rooms have a remote blaster so that anyone can change channels from any room.

So, my questions is how do I lose the DSTV decoder, install some form of media box, and have 2 streams on different channels to all the TV's in the house?

I am not very au fait with AV, and will probably have to get someone in to do the installation. Currently I have a ridiculous amount of cables in the main room.

Have fibre, and prepared to buy whatever media box is required. have fairly decent Wi-Fi, although I don't think that is optimum as a solution.
But it is the ability to share to every tv, control the feeds from other rooms, and general logistics that is tripping me up.

Can anyone make any comments or suggestions on the best way to accomplish this?
I am ok with getting an expert in to advise or quote, but don't want to end up paying tens of thousands.

Would multiple media boxes be better, or something else? Appreciate the advice, in plain speak please.

With the analog TV's not having HDMI, you won't come far with a media box. So maybe focus on getting newer type TV's (small one) that supports HDMI, which you can then buy small (cheapish) chromecast devices for that turns them into a "smart" tv with android box. From there you can install terrarium and/or mobdro and watch anything you like, should support netflix etc.

Yeah, but how are those multiple tv's then controlled? Via cellphone? And do ppl have to buy 3 or 4 tv's PLUS Chromecast devices for each tv if they still have analog tv's?
Sounds like a complicated way, I thought there would be a way to feed the regular tv's with analogue and the others with HDMI.
Sounds like an expensive option just to get away from DSTV like most of us want to do?

Sorry, jumping on someone else's thread. Have the same situation except I also have a cottage to feed the signal to also.
Looking for the same solution. Should have clarified.

Your options are only restricted by your budget. What is the maximum you are willing to spend?

Just get a few budget Android boxes. You can even connect them via RCA if no HDMI on tv

If you want to go super cheap with just SD, then just run the android box rca connectors to an RF modulator. Then you'll be able to use your existing coax cables.
