I won't lie, I'm feeling terrible.

I've got:
- Shivers from winter and bad diet
- Muscular aches from my body decomposing after no exercise
- Mild shakes from high stress of really constant intense working from home (10-12 hour days).

I went from eating everything and putting on weight, to eating very little and losing weight.

I acknowledge I had the wrong mindset. I prepared myself to soldier through a three week lockdown ... now I need to seriously stop the bad habits and regain "normal life".

Tomorrow I go for a run at 08:00. In winter. With a face mask. Because I am worth it.

I'm also cooking proper meals again.

How have you found it?

A little more pudgy then usual

Missing the ho and blo.
Otherwise not much different to a mental asylums day out.

*grins* Well I'm happy to have provided a safe rock bottom that all of you can do better than. You're welcome.

Fine...ish..

but more worrying, my wallet and savings are def starting to feel the pinch.

Whoever you work for, they're amazing. It's literally the first company I've heard of doing that.

Didn't you know??!! Faak where you been.

That's how all of...yes all 7 effin billionof us are going to "earn" a decent living after CV19.

My stomach is sticking out a bit more than it should but otherwise good besides my first ever bladder infection (don't know what that is from). Going to take the dog the long route tomorrow morning (guessing it's about 8km) at 6:00. (he overheats a bit easily, so no sun is best).

also looking forward to walking the dogs and myself, its been a bad month. My new step goal according to garmin is 3k pathetic... used to be 12k. Here is to a better healthier? month miss the gym :(

I made a plan and figured out a home exercise routine. I'm pretty used to cycling 200km a week with a 2-3km of swimming along the way. Going from that to nothing has sucked. I hacked out a run route on the property last week and have put in a few km. Still, I feel I'm not able to push as much as I'd like to.
Overall, I feel ok, though I feel I've lost my fitness edge. I've kept the eating pretty good, thats a positive.

Wish I could be lifting, weights, in the gym.

Started my cut before lockdown. Around 12% bf now. This lockdown has really taken away a big part of my life

No different for me I been living this way for years now. no idea what all the complaints are about.

My body feels like it had been exhaling since the lockdown I don't have to put on a happy face for strangers on the streets are much fewer people that has also reduced my anxiety levels. My sleeping patterns are a bit of and I wake up much later than before but I also struggle to fall asleep at night.
