Okay well its Saturday, and I can honestly say my connection is on par again. The internet is mostly quick and stable.

Well, I still have up to 15% packet loss and slow browsing/downloading speeds. No change here. I'll give it till Monday morning.

+ helpdesk is now officially occupied by monkeys

the more I explained that I know there is degradation on the system but it has never been this slow that I can't even upload @ a measly 1kb/s, the more he's telling me to check the incidient report on the ****ing website

Slow today, pings to ww.iburst.co.za 141, CS unplayable on SAIX servers last night due to latency. Any idea what they are doing?

These morning I was getting good speed (above 700kbps), then now i can't get anything more than 300kbps
