HowTo putty Huawei modem for AT commands ?

Hi,

how to set Putty serial configuration menu options for Huawei E160 E169 or any other E220 serial cellular modem ?

I set port to COM11, COM12 and nothing.
Putty window opens and no command line or anything.

What settings are correct as Huawei modem is no moe 9600 old PC serial modem ?

Google search gives me nothing of this kind.
